So its mid-way for my Java and Advanced Composition classes. Java Im doing okay with but this Advanced Composition class is going to drive me to drink. I had the nerve to choose Relativity as my research topic. But, hear me out...

He said pick a discovery or invention that you want to know about. So, I did!

Unfortunately, since I had no clue what it encompasses, I plunged in face first with the intention of dervining some kind of simple definition of the special theory of relativity and of the general theory of relativity. What's wrong with that? Haha, glad you asked, cause you must not have read Einstein's publication, Relativity! Sometimes, I wonder if he knew what he was talking about.

So as Im researching on the web, I noticed that everyone says the same thing over and over, yet sometimes they say this implication or that consequence is due to special theory of relativity, yet the next article will say it is due to general theory of relativity.

So now, Í'm at the point where I'm going back in the back with a microscopic eye, trying to find out if I missed something or if the translator (Lawson) missed something. I noticed Einstein leaves things to be fully explained later ( in some imaginary chapter, I suppose) quite often. I don't doubt his credibility, like so many wacky sites do, I just regret that he, like so many people that can understand this stuff, was also unable to simplify it enough. He gave it damn good try though.

Anyways, work sucks. The benefits rock, but they should really monitor the type of people they place in positions of supervision and management. If I placed all the people I agree and get along with in the White House, Bush would suddenly appear to be the embodiment of perfection for the position of president. I know this, but the wonderful company I work for, doesn't. Look for traits, such as reliability, a healthy,well-balanced confidence, excellent problem-solving skills, etc. Not she likes the same music and clothes as me, or he looks like me and thinks like me, but cool she or he can handle their business without getting the company mixed up in all kinds of discrimination and union violation suits.

Well, I have not done much but try to understand relativity for the past month. All I know so far is that clocks in motion tick slower and the length of objects in motion contract
